Thanks again for coming out this morning and making the 2026 Haw Run a huge success!  We managed to dodge the rain, but not the heat and humidity!  Everyone did a great job perservering!

Many apologies for some of the delay and confusion with the podium results.  All my mistake and we'll make sure we have those kinks ironed out for next year.  We do our best to capture everyone’s results accurately, but a few missing times and names. If your result is missing or seems off, just let us know—we’ll do our best to make it right, including getting you a HawRun medal if that was misssed.

Proceeds from today’s event go toward supporting youth sport on Manitoulin. In past years, this has included purchasing a small fleet of bikes for our high school mountain bike team—giving students without suitable bikes the chance to participate. We’re excited to see what this year’s funds will make possible!

Huge thanks to our amazing volunteers—this event truly couldn’t happen without you. Special thanks to:

• The Rachel, Josselyn and Grace for helping with registration, t-shirt sales, finish line photo and data entry.
